Nabiha Syed's journey as a therapist started in West Texas where she earned her master's degree in Counselor Education at Texas Tech University. In West Texas she served the community by offering therapy services to teens and adults in a non-profit agency. She also worked in an intensive outpatient and partial hospitalization setting for teens with acute mental health issues.

Now that she is back in her hometown of Richardson, Texas she is excited to be working with kids, teens and adults in helping them achieve their goals. Nabiha utilizes a Person-Centered approach with elements of CBT and DBT. She believes that a therapist's role is to empower individuals so that they can reach their true potential. Whether clients are struggling with anxiety, depression, PTSD, OCD or other mental health issues, Nabiha believes that therapy can prove to be a powerful solution. She is committed to offering a safe environment where her clients can be their truest selves and comfortably express themselves and their emotions with the help of a professional.
